Located at a 10 minutes drive from Playa de Aro, allows us to enjoy peace and quiet. Its large garden with pool offers complete privacy. We also have the possibility to enjoy one of the main tourist towns on the Costa Brava, its spectacular shopping, restaurants, and its nightlife.
This house of 250 m2 and capacity for 8 persons, with possibility to extend up to 10, is distributed on two floors.
Accessing the main floor, at street level, we find the spacious living room with direct access to the garden and pool, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The ground floor consists of a living room, a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room and a garage for 2 cars.
The privileged location of Playa de Aro, near the sea and near the main lines of communication, the number of shops, nightlife and leisure opportunities and quality tourist services are some of its main attractions. This population, which can be enjoyed all year, has become one of the main destinations of the Costa Brava and one of the most coveted Mediterranean.

The house is well located in a subdivision where there are only houses. For people who want tranquility it will be served. The garden and pool are perperfect. For the comfort of the house, the kitchen needs good storage for accessories, but otherwise everything is functional. Bathrooms and bedrooms are fine. It would just be necessary to install the airco even just in the living room and the WiFi because the 4g does not always work. But in summary very nice holiday and the children had a lot of fun. Thank you
