  • Can I visit the property before booking?

Yes, as long as the property is not occupied by other guests and the owner gives us access to the property.
You can contact our staff to make a visit within office hours.
  • How many people can stay in the houses of Finques Cel Blau?

No more people are allowed than your reservation, if you are finally more guests than expected, please report it directly to our staff (children under 2 years old are not counted).Finques Cel Blau may deny your entry if you exceed the maximum capacity. Sif it is detected that during the stay the number of people exceeds, the reservation is canceled and the apartment can be evicted. 
  • Are my days locked when I make a request or  a prepay?

When you make a request, the days are not blocked, so, other travelers can rent in this period. Only when you make the first payment,the reservation will be considered confirmed and we will send you a confirmation email. This is when the days are definitely locked for you and your companions. 
  • How do reservation payments work?

At the time of booking you will have to make a payment of 40% of the rent amount. If after 4 natural days of having accepted your request Finques Cel Blau has not received payment, the dates are automatically unlocked. The remaining rent amount can be paid by bank transfer before the arrival day and delivering the corresponding receipt beforehand or in cash on the day of check-in. The extras, the deposit and the tourist tax are paid on the day of entry in our offices. 
  • What happens if I cancel my reservation?

Any cancellation must be notified to FINQUES CEL BLAU in writing and will be subject to the following regime:
  • Cancellations in advance of 60 days or more of the date of entry, penalty of 25% of the advance payment. 
  • Cancellations in advance of 30 days or more of the date of entry, penalty of 50% of the advance payment. 
  • Cancellations of 30 daysor less until the date of entry, penalty of 100% of the advance payment. 
  • Can I change the dates of my booking?

It depends on the availability of datesand and considering that there may be price changes depending on the season. No changes to the reservation are accepted if more than 14natural days have passed since the day of confirmation or less than 30 calendar days left for entry. If you reduce the days of your reservation within 30 days before your arrival, days not enjoyed will not be considered canceled. 

  • Can I leave the apartment before the planned day?

If you leave the house before the day of check-out (indicated in the contract), the amount of the remaining days not enjoyed will not be refunded. 


  • Do they accept animals?

It depends on the property where you are staying. Make a request to the team and we will tell you if it is possible to bring your pet by adding an additional charge to the cleaning fee.
  • What will I find in the house?

The properties of Finques Cel Blau are equipped with all the utensils you may need in each room. 

Living room: capacity table and chairs, sofa or armchairs, dining table, television, etc. Kitchen: Oven and / or microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and pans and all kinds of cooking utensils (glasses, knives, forks, etc.). Bathroom: Bathroom curtain, mirror, soap dish, brush. Bedrooms: Beds., Point of light, bedside table, blankets ... Exterior: Garden tables and chairs, etc. Household linen: gum and napkins, bedspread, protective covers ... Accessories: broom, rub stick, rub bucket, rubbish bin, clothesline or sisi, clothes pins, iron, ironing board, etc. 

In our homes you will find a basic cleaning kit to spend the first day, however, it does not have cleaning products. No shampoo or bath gel. If any object is broken during your stay, you must immediately inform the contact telephone number provided by Finques Cel Blau.
  • In what state do we find the house?

Our team is responsible for delivering the clean home and making sure everything is working properly on the day of your arrival. If you find an anomaly you must report it within the first 24 hours.
  • Can I add accessories (bedding, towels, extra bed, fans, etc.) to my rental?

Yes, Finques Cel Blau has all kinds of accessories that can be included in your rental with an extra cost,consult our team for availability and prices. Please let us know in advance if you need any extra.
  • Are there any rules for coexistence that I need to know?

Night parties are not allowed in our accommodation, the hours of community silence and maximum authorized capacity must be respected.In addition, the specific rules of the homeowners community that we will deliver on the day of check in must be met. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the contract and therefore eviction of the property. In this case, Finques Cel Blau has no obligation to return the rent amount. 


  • Where and when can I collect the keys on the day of entry?

Key collection takes place at our offices at Avinguda Platja d'Aro, 273 de S'Agaró (17248) the day of beginning of the reservation between 16:00 pm and 20:00 pm. For guests who wish to check in outside of the established hours, consult with our team beforehand and considering that it may incur extra costs.
  • Can I check-in outside of established hours?

Guests who have made the key collection outside of normal hours must pay the entire reservation and have submitted all the requested documentation beforehand.
  • What documentation should I bring on the day of the check-in?

It is very important that you bring the identification document of all guests (DNI, identity card, passport or others) in order to proceed with the reservation. You also need to bring a credit or debit card to lock the deposit.
  • How should we leave the house when leaving?

You must leave the house tidy and fulfill the minimum requirements (clean and placed crockery, garbage placed in the corresponding containers and there can be no food left over). If the state is not the request on the day of check-out, Finques Cel Blau, can cover the additional cleaning costs of the deposit amount.
  • What is the check-out time?

The departure of your accommodation must be before 10:00 on the day of check-out.Likewise the team of Finques Cel Blau will contact you during the stay to specify the exact time. They must be punctual and the house must be in the conditions mentioned above. For any question or request contact us.
  • How does the refund of the deposit work?

Our team will check the condition of the accommodation on the day of departure. If all is correct, the deposit will be unlocked (if made by card) or will be returned by wire transfer within the next 10 business days. If any damage or absence of any object is detected, Finques Cel Blau will retain part or all of the deposit for any repairs or replacements.
