The villa has of 2 floors.The ground floor is very bright, with beautiful views of the garden, the swimming pool and the surroundings. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen that leads directly to a living room decorated in blue tones that transmit a marine and relaxing atmosphere. On this floor you will also find a double bed and a bathroom. From here there is access to the outside of the house, with a table prepared to enjoy your summer meals, and also a barbecue.
Going upstairs, you will find, on the second floor, a very spacious double room, room with bunk beds, and two bathrooms with a shower. All rooms are spacious, carefully decorated and designed to be very comfortable, both with outside window with a lot of natural light.
The garden is private with a lounge space created outside with a table and a few sofas, all covered with an awning. Ideal for having a drink at sunset and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze.
The villa also has an area for easy parking.
With 4 heat pumps, one per room and one in the living room, this villa is undoubtedly the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility that the area offers, all seasons of the year.
The car is advisable to move.
