The Cap D'ucal urbanisation is located between Sant Feliu and the beach of Sant Pol. It is a privileged location, on the top of a hill that provides magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the curious village of Sant Feliu de Guixols. The urbanisation has everything you could wish, from parking spaces for its residents to a large garden and green area with two swimming pools, one of them for children, a games room with table football, ping pong and billiards. It also has a gym area and a small layground.
The flat is located on the fifth floor, thanks to this its wide balcony has magnificent views, from where you can eat with the blue of the sea. Its living room is integrated with the kitchen and separated by a bar, it has access to the balcony so you can relax on the sofa without losing sight of the waves and the same with its main bedroom, as soon as you wake up you can see the beach of Sant Feliu in the distance. It also has a second bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed and a bed.
Although a car is recommended, you can walk in about fifteen minutes to the beach of Sant Feliu or Sant Pol and in a little less you can get to one of the small coves that populate this wonderful coast, remember that the flat is located on top of a hill and everything that goes down will have to go up!
